How to Replace a Barcode Scanner

Ensure the unit is powered off and all accessories are disconnected.
Use the Tablet Removal Tool to carefully cut through the double-sided tape securing the existing tablet.
Once the tablet is removed, clean off any remaining adhesive using isopropyl alcohol.
Remove the back panel by unscrewing the four screws located on the left and right sides. This will provide access to the USB hub and barcode scanner inside the unit.
Unscrew the three screws on the front of the unit securing the barcode scanner. Remove and replace the barcode scanner.
Allow all cleaned surfaces to dry completely. Then apply the included double-sided tape and peel off the red protective backing.
Carefully align the replacement tablet in the center of the unit and press firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
Reconnect all accessories and power the unit back on.
