Camera Not Connecting

Please follow these steps if the camera is failing to connect.

1. Reset the Connection:

  • Exit the Patronscan app.
  • Unplug the right-angled USB-C cable from the right side of your tablet (next to the charging cable).
  • Leave the cable unplugged for 10 seconds.
  • Plug the cable back in securely.

* Please note that the Patronscan app must be restarted for any of these changes to take effect.
