How to Change the Company Name on Your Account

This guide explains how to update the company (venue) name for your Patronscan account through the Admin Portal.

Steps

  1. Go to secure.patronscan.com.

  2. Log in using your Admin account.

  3. Once logged in, navigate to Settings.

  4. Under the Venue Name field, enter the new company name.

  5. Ensure all required fields on the page are filled out — incomplete fields will prevent you from saving changes.

  6. Click Save to apply the update.


Notes

  • Only Admin users can change the company name.

  • The updated name will display across your Patronscan reports and terminals once saved.

  • For Invoicing name changes you will have to contact accounting directly at accounting@patronscan.com.
