How to connect AVA Camera to the DMP Portal

Steps to Add a Camera to the Alta Portal:

 

  1. Access the Alta Aware Portal

    • Open the Alta Aware Portal through the Direct Management Portal (DMP) or by logging in with your credentials.

  2. Add a New Device

    • Navigate to the Devices section in the portal.

    • Click the + button and select the option to scan an Ava camera QR code.

  3. Scan the QR Code

    • Locate the QR code on the box or the back of the camera.

    • Hold the QR code up to your webcam to scan it.

  4. Connect the Camera to Ethernet

    • Use an Ethernet cable to connect the camera to your network.
