    6. Test WiFi Connection

      • Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the camera.

      • Wait a few moments for the camera to establish a connection to the WiFi network.

    7. Verify Connectivity

      • Check the camera’s status in the Alta Portal to ensure it appears online.

      • If the camera does not connect, double-check the WiFi credentials and re-enter them if necessary.

    Troubleshooting Tips:

    • Ensure Proper Signal Strength: Place the camera within range of your WiFi router.

    • Verify Network Compatibility: The WiFi network should be compatible with the camera (e.g., 2.4GHz or 5GHz as supported).

    • Restart the Camera: If connectivity issues persist, restart the camera and try reconnecting.

    • Reset the Camera: As a last resort, perform a factory reset on the camera and repeat the setup process.

By following these steps, your Ava camera should be successfully connected to the internet via the Alta Portal, enabling remote access and full functionality.
