How to Pause Your Account
This is a option to temporarily pause service if you are closing down for a period of time in which you are not using the scanner.
To pause your account, contact us through one of the following methods:
- Your account manager directly
- Email: account@patronscan.com
- Email: support@patronscan.com
Our team will work with you to pause your account for the requested duration and confirm when it is in effect.
Important Notes
- Accounts can be paused for up to 6 months
- While paused, scanning and all other services are be temporarily disabled
- You will receive confirmation once your account is successfully paused
