Filters

The filters section at the top of the page lets you quickly locate specific scans. After setting your filters, click Apply Filters to update the results, or Clear Filters to reset.

Filter	Description
Name	Search for a specific patron by name.
Start Date / End Date	Narrow results to scans that occurred within a specific date range.
Gender	Filter by Any, Female, Male, or Other.
Location	Filter scans by the venue location where the scan took place.
Device	Filter by the specific scanning device used.
Groups	Filter patrons by assigned group.
Birthdate	Filter by patron date of birth (Month, Day, Year).

Results

Below the filters, the Results section displays matching patron scans. You can switch between three view modes:

ID — Displays results using the photo from the scanned ID.
Camera — Displays results using the live photo captured at the time of scan.
List — Displays results as a text-based list for quick scanning and export.

Scan Detail View

Clicking on any scan record from the results opens the Scan Detail view. This shows the full data captured at the time the ID was scanned.

Field	Description
Scanned Photo	The ID photo from the scanned ID.
Live Photo	The real-time photo captured by the device camera at the time of scan.
Scan Date	The date and time the ID was scanned.
Date of Birth / Age	The patron's date of birth and/or calculated age at time of scan.
Expiry Date	The expiration date of the scanned ID.
Patron Name	Full name as it appears on the scanned ID.
Entry Decision	Whether the patron was Accepted or Denied at the door.
Scanned at Location	The venue location where the scan occurred.
Scanned by Device	The device ID that performed the scan.
Alerts	Any active alerts associated with the patron at the time of scan.
Create a Flag	Shortcut to flag this patron directly from their scan record.
Add Membership	Shortcut to add a membership to this patron directly from their scan record.

The Verification History page displays the record of every ID scan performed across your locations. Use the filters at the top to narrow your search, then browse results by ID photo, live camera photo, or list view.
